The weather is warming. The sun is shining bright. The birds are singing and the grass is turning green. Those are signs of only two things. It's early Spring and it's time for cooking meat over fire. But before you think about smoking or grilling you have to put first things first. Remember when you finished your last barbecue of the Fall and you pushed it in your garage or covered it on your deck saying, "I'll clean it later". Well that's the first thing you need to do. Before you put anything on that grill or smoker do the right thing. Clean it up!
